“As the founder and director of a nonprofit organization, Ginny helped me to create a more positive staff culture. She modeled ways to probe the heart and care for my staff and my clients on a deeper level. Ginny helped me to become a more proficient leader while also providing a safe environment for me to work through personal and professional obstacles so that I could be the best leader possible. I am very thankful for the skills and strategies I learned from Ginny and TLP.
Rachelle Starr, CEO, Scarlet Hope Inc.
“I’ve been with TLP since 2017 and there are many pieces and parts of this program that make it unique as a leadership development opportunity. Our Director, Ginny Tackett, brings strengths to the table that compliment and expand the TLP platform. Ginny’s longevity with Dr. Townsend as TLP has grown brings perspective other TLP leaders won’t have, and her passion to see individuals grow and transform shows up month after month. She in tune with each member of our cohort individually, knows what our strengths and weaknesses are to coax out our best work, and she recognizes that the participants help each other like iron sharpening iron. TLP challenges participants to grow personally, spiritually, and professionally and in my work as an Executive Director, with Ginny as my TLP Director, TLP has helped me to recognize better ways to attune to my staff and help them value and attune to one another. “
