Scott is the Executive Director of the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling at Concordia University, as well as a Senior Director of the Townsend Leadership Program. He continues to lead his own TLP groups and maintains his licensure as a mental health counselor with twenty-three years of clinical experience and over fifteen years of executive leadership coaching and training. Scott lives in Indiana with his family.
